A road trip from Louisville to Atlanta to Savannah to Jacksonville to Tallahassee to Atlanta to Louisville in one week...then Tim visited NYC for a week.  July has been a fun month for traveling.  Tim and I really enjoyed our time together, full of scenic routes, tropical storm (downpours) lots of great podcasts and great visits with old friends.  Here are a few photos from our adventures.

 Georgia Peaches!!! They were so tasty, along with the boiled peanuts.  This was somewhere between Atlanta and Savannah.

 Forsyth park in Savannah.  A wedding in the park was going on at this very second.  (We are both suckers for romance.)

 We stumbled across a great coffee shop while in Jacksonville: Bold Bean Coffee Roasters.

 We shared a picnic lunch at Tim's alum (FSU) one afternoon in Tallahassee.

 We came home to some goodies in our back yard!  (yes, that is honey!  it's so sweet & delicious!)

Enjoyed some great beet chips that grew at Groce Family Farm.

It was so nice to leave the great state of Kentucky, but it's been so nice to be back home...and good to have Tim back home!  We've really enjoyed catching up with friends from home and afar.  Summer is such a great season for it.
