Tim and I did a great 4 mile hike at a local forest near our house. Jefferson Memorial Forest also put on Forest Fest in this same month (May) with lots of great bluegrass Bands.
We went about an hour outside of Louisville on Derby Day...on a boat! Our good friends invited us out to the lake for a great day of floating, brews and sun. (crazy how the hike and the boat were only three weeks apart! the weather here is unpredictable.)

hot summer days + five gallon bucket-o-water + little man is quite frequent.
Cook outs, day trip to nashville, home spun TED Talks, homemade mojitos, CSA deliveries, tomato plants 4 feet tall, daylight from 6am to 930... We are both lovin summer!
